Prognoserne fra finanshuse herhjemme og udlandet kan lidt forenklet inddeles i fire grupper: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Den bl\u00f8de landing\/\u201dGuldlok\u201d-scenariet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recession<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stagflation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Boom\/\u201dNo landing\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"den-blode-landing-guldlok-scenariet-alt-ender-godt-i-2024-og-renterne-falder-igen\"><strong>Den bl\u00f8de landing\/\u201dGuldlok\u201d-scenariet: Alt ender godt i 2024 og renterne falder igen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Det her er scenariet flest prognosemagere tror p\u00e5, fra OECD, Verdensbanken og EU-kommissionen over mange storbanker og finanshuse p\u00e5 Wall Street. If\u00f8lge dem vil 2024 byde p\u00e5 en \u201dbl\u00f8d \u00f8konomisk landing\u201d, hvor v\u00e6ksten d\u00e6mpes en anelse for s\u00e5 at tage lidt til igen i 2. halv\u00e5r. Den rekordlave arbejdsl\u00f8shed globalt stiger en anelse og inflationen falder ned mod centralbankernes m\u00e5l p\u00e5 2%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Hovedargumentet er, at inflationen de seneste \u00e5r prim\u00e6rt har v\u00e6ret presset op af chok til udbudssiden fra bl.a. logistikproblemer i k\u00f8lvandet p\u00e5 corona og energiprishop efter Ruslands invasion af Ukraine. De choks har nu fortonet sig. Samtidig er det lykkedes centralbankerne med deres kraftige renteforh\u00f8jelser at bremse en buldrende eftersp\u00f8rgselsside og derigennem t\u00e6mme inflationen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> De seneste m\u00e5neders lavere end ventede inflationstal i b\u00e5de USA og Europa har \u00f8get troen p\u00e5 dette scenarie og fik i sidste m\u00e5ned topfolk i b\u00e5de den amerikanske og europ\u00e6iske centralbank til pludselig at \u00e5bne op for at s\u00e6nke renterne igen i 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forventningen er ogs\u00e5, at de geopolitiske konflikter imellem hhv. Ukraine og Rusland og Israel og Hamas ikke f\u00e5r nogen synderlig betydning for verdens\u00f8konomien s\u00e5 l\u00e6nge konflikterne ikke breder sig eller p\u00e5virker de globale forsyningsk\u00e6der alt for meget. Pr\u00e6sidentvalget i USA er en risiko, men falder f\u00f8rst i november, s\u00e5 det ikke f\u00e5r den store betydning for store del af 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finanshuse som Bank Credit Analyst og Goldman Sachs og flere med dem er endda endnu mere optimistiske og forudser, at den hastige udbredelse i de her \u00e5r af brugen af kunstig intelligens ude i virksomhederne b\u00e5de vil bremse l\u00f8npresset og inflationen samt \u00f8ge produktiviteten og virksomhedernes indtjening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For investorerne er det her scenarie det absolut bedst t\u00e6nkelige. Med lidt lavere renter vil obligationer give p\u00e6ne afkast og de h\u00f8jeste vil komme fra de mere risikable virksomhedsobligationer og Emerging Markets obligationer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aktier vil ogs\u00e5 i \u00e5r give flotte afkast trukket af kvalitets- og v\u00e6kstaktier. Der er dog ogs\u00e5 en mulighed for, at den meget smalle aktiefest i 2023 vil brede sig ud til at omfatte flere regioner og sektorer som ikke fuldt ud har v\u00e6ret en del af opturen. Defensive aktier, r\u00e5vare-investeringer og r\u00e5vare-f\u00f8lsomme aktier vil til geng\u00e6ld halte efter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Priserne p\u00e5 de globale ejendomsmarkeder er begyndt at stige lidt igen og i dette scenarie vil de med stor sandsynlighed bev\u00e6ge sig yderligere op mod nye rekordh\u00f8jder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"recession-nedturen-er-forsinket-men-nu-kommer-den\"><strong>Recession: Nedturen er forsinket, men nu kommer den<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Gruppen af \u00f8konomer, der sp\u00e5r en \u00f8konomisk nedtur, er svundet kraftigt ind i takt med, at recessionen udeblev i 2023. De tilbagev\u00e6rende tror, at godt nok ramte den \u00f8konomiske nedtur ikke i 2023, som de ellers sp\u00e5ede, men den er blot forsinket og rammer i stedet for her i 2024. Nogle af argumenterne for, at recessionen kommer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Centralbankernes kraftige renteforh\u00f8jelser i 2022\/23 rammer forbrugerne og virksomhederne, men med st\u00f8rre forsinkelse end s\u00e6dvanligt, fordi mange optog billige l\u00e5n, da renten var historisk lav under coronakrisen i 2020\/21<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finanspolitikken vil ikke v\u00e6re helt s\u00e5 l\u00f8s i 2024 som i 2023<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Forbrugerne er ved at have opbrugt deres ekstraordin\u00e6re opsparing fra coronatiden og samtidig er jobfesten slut, hvilket sv\u00e6kker privatforbruget<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skeptiske forbrugere og en overforg\u00e6ldet ejendomssektor tr\u00e6kker v\u00e6ksten i Kina ned mod s\u00e5 lavt som 2.5%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Et stigende antal virksomhedskonkurser og kraftigt voksende kreditkortg\u00e6ld blandt private tyder p\u00e5, at renteeffekten er ved at sl\u00e5 igennem i USA. Helt nye tal \u2013 som nogle \u00f8konomer dog betvivler validiteten af &#8211; viser ogs\u00e5, at virksomheder i den store servicesektor for f\u00f8rste gang i mange \u00e5r nu g\u00f8r klar til fyringer. Det samme ses i Europa, hvor erhvervslivet melder om s\u00e5 svigtende ordreindgang, at det nu er n\u00f8dvendigt at fyre medarbejdere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kommer recessionen i \u00e5r vil den \u00f8konomiske v\u00e6kst, indtjeningen i virksomhederne og inflationen falde og antallet af konkurser og arbejdsl\u00f8se stige markant. Renterne vil dykke kraftigt og sikre obligationer omvendt stige kraftigt i v\u00e6rdi. Aktier, virksomhedsobligationer og r\u00e5vare- og boligpriser vil derimod falde kraftigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defensive aktier efterfulgt af kvalitets- og v\u00e6kstaktier vil klare sig bedst i et faldende marked, mens value-aktier og cykliske aktier, herunder bankaktier, vil falde mest.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"stagflation-og-alvorlige-okonomiske-udfordringer\"><strong>Stagflation og alvorlige \u00f8konomiske udfordringer<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En lille eksklusiv skare af de mest pessimistiske prognosemagere mener, at verdens\u00f8konomien er p\u00e5 vej ud i store problemer med stagflation, som sidst for alvor plagede verdens\u00f8konomien i 1970\u2019erne. Det vil resultere i stagnerende \u00f8konomisk v\u00e6kst, h\u00f8jere arbejdsl\u00f8shed og alligevel en fortsat for h\u00f8j inflation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>John Hussman og Ray Dalio, sidstn\u00e6vnte er stifter af verdens st\u00f8rste hedgefond Bridgewater, er to af de prominente navne, der frygter stagflationen pga. mange \u00e5rs enorm statslig g\u00e6ldsophobning i USA, Europa og Kina og opbygningen af en global boligboble pga. alt for lave renter i for mange \u00e5r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De \u00f8gede geopolitiske sp\u00e6ndinger mellem USA og Kina, en mere fragmenteret verdens\u00f8konomi, st\u00e6rkere fagforeninger, aldringsb\u00f8lgen og underinvestering i udvinding af vigtige r\u00e5stoffer er alt sammen med til at \u00f8ge inflationen og mindske v\u00e6ksten. Gruppen forventer, at centralbankernes signal om lempeligere pengepolitik i 2024 vil f\u00e5 inflationen til at re-accelerere, lige som det skete i 1970\u2019erne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi s\u00e5 antydninger af stagflationsscenariet i 2022 med stigende renter og faldende <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nordnet.dk\/aktier\/kurser\">aktiekurser<\/a> og boligpriser, hvilket tydeligt viste, at stagflation er det v\u00e6rst t\u00e6nkelige scenarie for de finansielle markeder. Siden har is\u00e6r amerikansk \u00f8konomi udviklet sig langt bedre end ventet og derfor er stagflationsprognoserne i dag i klart undertal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vender vi tilbage til stagflationsscenariet vil vi opleve b\u00e5de svagere v\u00e6kst, h\u00f8jere inflation, flere arbejdsl\u00f8se og store tab p\u00e5 bl.a. aktier, ejendomme og de mest risikable obligationstyper og lidt mindre tab p\u00e5 mindre risikable obligationer. Omvendt vil r\u00e5vare-investeringer og r\u00e5vare-eksponerede aktier klare sig godt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"boom-ingen-okonomisk-landing-fortsat-opsving-inflationspres-og-hoje-renter\"><strong>Boom: Ingen \u00f8konomisk landing, fortsat opsving, inflationspres og h\u00f8je renter<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En anden minoritet blandt prognoserne ser slet ingen opbremsning i den \u00f8konomiske v\u00e6kst i 2024, men i stedet for et fortsat solidt \u00f8konomisk opsving trukket af USA, men ogs\u00e5 en opblussen af inflationen igen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forbrugernes privat\u00f8konomier har det godt trods de h\u00f8jere renter. I b\u00e5de USA og Europa stiger husholdningernes reall\u00f8nninger p\u00e6nt efter nogle \u00e5rs negativ udvikling. Samtidig forts\u00e6tter politikerne i b\u00e5de Europa, Nordamerika og Asien med at k\u00f8re en meget ekspansiv finanspolitik og h\u00e6lder enorme bel\u00f8b ud i deres \u00f8konomier for at holde opsvinget i gang og &#8211; i et globalt kapl\u00f8b &#8211; for at tiltr\u00e6kke de vigtigste teknologier og virksomhederne bag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da centralbankerne samtidig har \u00e5bnet for lavere renter, fordi de anser kampen mod inflationen for vundet, vil v\u00e6ksten forts\u00e6tte med v\u00e6re st\u00e6rk i 2024 og eftersp\u00f8rgslen efter arbejdskraft h\u00f8j. Det vil f\u00e5 inflationen og renterne til at stige igen, med store tab til f\u00f8lge, lige som det skete i 1970\u2019erne. Da ans\u00e5 man ogs\u00e5 for tidligt inflationen for besejret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>St\u00e6rk v\u00e6kst men h\u00f8jere renter har modsatrettede effekter p\u00e5 aktiemarkederne, hvor is\u00e6r cykliske aktier, value-aktier og r\u00e5vareeksponerede aktier vil klare sig godt. Defensive aktier og v\u00e6kstaktier vil omvendt sandsynligvis halte kraftigt efter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"investorerne-skal-holde-oje-med-alle-4-scenarier-mod-kun-2-scenarier-for-nogle-ar-siden\"><strong>Investorerne skal holde \u00f8je med alle 4 scenarier, mod kun 2 scenarier for nogle \u00e5r siden<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tilbage i 2010\u2019erne var inflationen lav og stabil, og det store sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l for investorerne var prim\u00e6rt, om der var v\u00e6kst eller ej \u2013 dvs. den bl\u00f8de landing eller recession. Her i 2020\u2019erne er investorernes problem, at inflationen nu ogs\u00e5 er relevant igen, og at ingen af de fire scenarier helt kan afvises. Lige nu er der indikatorer, der peger i retning af alle fire. Det var jobrapporten fra USA i sidste uge det seneste eksempel p\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Som investor kr\u00e6ver det ekstra ydmyghed, n\u00e5r portef\u00f8ljen skal sammens\u00e6ttes og et \u00f8je p\u00e5, om man nu ogs\u00e5 har v\u00e6rdipapirer i sin portef\u00f8lje, der kan klare sig nogenlunde i de forskellige scenarier. De professionelle investorers store problemer de seneste \u00e5r med at greje, hvilket af de fire scenarier vi er i, maner ogs\u00e5 til forsigtighed og ydmyghed i troen p\u00e5, om man kan time markedet.
