Nyhedsstr\u00f8mmen i den store folkesygdom har givet overv\u00e6gt til tre danske selskaber. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nordnet.dk\/aktier\/kurser\/novo-nordisk-b-novo-b-xcse\">Novo Nordisk<\/a>\/Eli Lilly som de st\u00f8rste, datavalidering i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nordnet.dk\/aktier\/kurser\/zealand-pharma-zeal-xcse\">Zealand Pharma<\/a> og vedh\u00e6ngseffekten og sektorrelation og gode data for Gubra har givet betydelige kursstigninger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e5 det seneste har det v\u00e6ret lidt anderledes. Efter et bes\u00f8g p\u00e5 aktietoppen ligger aktierne aktuelt 10-25% under de h\u00f8jeste kursniveauer. Er det en fornuftig anledning til at supplere op, eller signalerer det nye og \u00e6ndrede aktietider?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fedme-er-dansk-udgave-af-de-fantastiske-7-amerikanere\"><strong>Fedme er dansk udgave af de fantastiske 7 amerikanere<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De fantastiske 7 er et velkendt investeringstema. Det samme g\u00e6lder AI aktierne rundt om Nvidia, Arm Holding, Broadcom, AMD og SMCI. Der er ingen produktm\u00e6ssig sammenh\u00e6ng mellem dem, og s\u00e5 er de tre \u201dfede danskere\u201d. F\u00e6llesn\u00e6vneren er investorkoncentration om et tema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvis aktierne steg sammen, og der er investeringsm\u00e6ssige f\u00e6llesn\u00e6vnere, som binder selskaberne sammen i et tema, kan\/m\u00e5 kausaliteten ogs\u00e5 t\u00e6nkes at v\u00e6re, at vi falder sammen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"de-fede-tider-er-ikke-forbi-men\"><strong>De fede tider er ikke forbi, men..<\/strong>.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Temaet om fedme er ikke forbi, men m\u00e5ske aftagende i den forstand, at aktierne er steget meget. Temaet er velkendt, og flere sm\u00e5 og st\u00f8rre selskaber fors\u00f8ger at tr\u00e6nge sig p\u00e5 indenfor fedme. Det vil udvide markedet, men kan ogs\u00e5 blive en kamp om andele ultimativt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aendret-okonomi-giver-aendrede-prioriteter\">\u00c6ndret \u00f8konomi giver \u00e6ndrede prioriteter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8konomien \u00e6ndrer sig lidt. Den amerikanske v\u00e6kst er p\u00e5 vej ned, mens den europ\u00e6iske l\u00e6nge har v\u00e6ret lav, og samtidigt har Kina problemer med at f\u00e5 gang i sin. \u00c6ndringen, og det udslagsgivende for investorernes \u00e6ndrede pr\u00e6ferencer, det er udviklingen i USA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sidste uges amerikanske jobrapport bekr\u00e6ftede det, som investorerne har t\u00e6nkt i et stykke tid, og som den amerikanske centralbankchef, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nordnet.dk\/blog\/federal-reserve-jackson-hole-fik-investorerne-den-haabede-rentefriloeber\/\">Jerome Powell<\/a>, ogs\u00e5 har sat ord p\u00e5: Det er tid til at skifte fokus fra inflationsbek\u00e6mpelse til fokus p\u00e5 v\u00e6kst og besk\u00e6ftigelse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svagere v\u00e6kst, afd\u00e6mpet inflation og udsigt til lavere renter flytter fokus mod netop det. V\u00e6kstafk\u00f8ling. Over det kommende \u00e5r vil centralbankrenterne i USA, Europa og Danmark falde markant, hvis forventningerne holder stik. Det vil underst\u00f8tte v\u00e6ksten i 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"et-umage-par\"><strong>Et umage par<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f8rst vil investorerne fokusere p\u00e5 lavere v\u00e6kst og risikoen for, at nogle selskaber skal justere v\u00e6ksten nedad. Selv om is\u00e6r fedme og AI ikke er konjunkturf\u00f8lsomme investeringstemaer, kan en \u00e6ndret investeringsstil, der retter sig mod selskaber med en minimal \u00f8konomisk f\u00f8lsomhed alligevel spille en rolle. Fordi nogle af de penge, som flytter sig, er investeret og koncentreret i det\/de temaer, som har givet f\u00e6nomenale afkast.
