Det som for blot 6 m\u00e5neder siden gav kursrekord og store v\u00e6kstforventninger er blevet vendt p\u00e5 hovedet. Is\u00e6r 3 faktorer g\u00f8r forskellen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fredagens-kursfald\"><strong>Fredagens kursfald<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Novo Nordisk faldt fredag med mere end 4% p\u00e5 en dag, hvor det ikke var alle, men udvalgte <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nordnet.dk\/aktier\/kurser\">danske aktier<\/a>, som fik med den kursm\u00e6ssige grovfil. A.P. M\u00f8ller-M\u00e6rsk og <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nordnet.dk\/aktier\/kurser\/dsv-xcse\">DSV<\/a> faldt prim\u00e6rt p\u00e5 grund af udsigt til lavere fragtrater, mens der var 2 andre negative faktorer i spil for Novo Nordisk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"investorer-laeser-nye-data-negativt\"><strong>Investorer l\u00e6ser nye data negativt<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Novo Nordisk annoncerede nye forskningsdata fra STEP UP i et fase 3b-fors\u00f8g, hvor v\u00e6gttabsdata fra et studie med 1407 personer over 72 uger, hvor doseringen mellem 2,4 mg og 7,2 mg Semaglutide blev testet. Mens v\u00e6gttabet i gennemsnit var p\u00e5 17,5% for 2,4 mg dosering, var den gennemsnitligt p\u00e5 20,7% for den h\u00f8je dosis p\u00e5 7,2 mg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"over-25-vaegttab\"><strong>Over 25% v\u00e6gttab<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I till\u00e6g meddelte Novo Nordisk, at 1\/3 af dem som fik en dosering p\u00e5 7,2 mg, havde et v\u00e6gttab p\u00e5 25% eller mere. Det er netop det v\u00e6gttab, som investorerne havde h\u00e5bet kunne v\u00e6re resultatet af de CagriSema-data, som blev offentliggjort den 20\/12. L\u00e6s min blog om CagriSema-dataen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nordnet.dk\/blog\/novo-nordisk-et-knap-saa-fedt-teststudie\/\">her<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"er-glasset-halvt-tomt-eller-halvt-fyldt\"><strong>Er glasset halvt tomt eller halvt fyldt?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Investorerne reagerede med skuffelse. Det skyldes formentlig, at selv om de nye data viste en doseringseffekt, har investorerne stadig en fornemmelse for, at Novo Nordisk ikke har f\u00e5et de data, som de har h\u00e5bet p\u00e5. Hverken med hensyn til CagriSema eller dette STEP UP-fors\u00f8g. Investorerne ser nu glasset som halvt tomt i stedet for halvt fyldt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"joe-bidens-ira-spiller-en-rolle\"><strong>Joe Bidens IRA spiller en rolle<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I 2022 indf\u00f8rte Joe Biden IRA (Inflation Reduction Act), som skal fors\u00f8ge at t\u00e6mme sundhedsudgifter for personer p\u00e5 65 \u00e5r eller derover i \u201dMedicare\u201d. Det er her prisforhandlingerne kan komme til at spille en rolle for Novo Nordisk. I alt 15 produkter bliver i 2025 udtaget til disse forhandlinger, og det er usandsynligt, at der ikke indenfor Medicare bliver tale om lavere priser p\u00e5 de produkter, som er udtaget til forhandling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ira-oger-nervositet-og-usikkerhed\"><strong>IRA \u00f8ger nerv\u00f8sitet og usikkerhed<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Det var netop IRA, som fordoblede fredagens kursnedtur. Som en del af Inflation Reduction Act blev det meddelt, at Novo Nordisk har hele 3 produkter med som der i de kommende m\u00e5neder skal prisforhandles om. En eventuel priseffekt, vil f\u00e5 effekt fra 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"er-3-produkter-en-cocktaileffekt\"><strong>Er 3 produkter en cocktaileffekt?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e5r investorerne reagerede s\u00e5 negativt som de gjorde, skyldes det formentlig igen en cocktaileffekt. Normalt bliver produkter f\u00f8rst udtaget til prisforhandling, n\u00e5r de har v\u00e6ret p\u00e5 markedet i 7 \u00e5r. De 3 produkter, som det drejer sig om, er Ozempic, Rybelsus og Wegovy. Wegovy (v\u00e6gttab) har kun v\u00e6ret p\u00e5 markedet siden 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investorerne er formentlig b\u00e5de overraskede og lidt forvirrede, og m\u00e5ske sp\u00f8rger de sig om, hvorvidt der er tale om en \u00e6ndret praksis? Svaret er formentlig, at de 3 tilh\u00f8rer samme gruppe af GLP-1ere. Risikoen er, at hvis pharmaselskaberne oplever en \u00e6ndret praksis eller en statslig prisintervention, kan det have en effekt p\u00e5, hvor meget som der forskes i fors\u00f8get p\u00e5 at finde nye produkter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"bliver-ira-effekten-overdramatiseret\"><strong>Bliver IRA-effekten overdramatiseret?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavere priser betyder lavere profitabilitet, og det er ogs\u00e5 det som investorerne frygter. I den henseende er det v\u00e6rd at se lidt p\u00e5 tallene. Med udgangspunkt i <a href=\"https:\/\/eur04.safelinks.protection.outlook.com\/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.cms.gov%2Ffiles%2Fdocument%2Fhighlights.pdf&amp;data=05%7C02%7COliver.Toft.Sivebaek%40nordnet.dk%7C5702147470d844be49ee08dd3914c768%7Ceae4202d7ff044f1b1303afd5da7b347%7C0%7C0%7C638729483575927232%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJFbXB0eU1hcGkiOnRydWUsIlYiOiIwLjAuMDAwMCIsIlAiOiJXaW4zMiIsIkFOIjoiTWFpbCIsIldUIjoyfQ%3D%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&amp;sdata=HTyt46Ov57hy0qxf70bKQjM4NgA%2BY1FRJyDhNeWOHHQ%3D&amp;reserved=0\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">2023-tal<\/a> kan man se, at Medicare udgjorde 21% af sundhedsudgifterne. Det er alts\u00e5 ca. 1\/5 af markedet, som kan blive udsat for lavere priser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fortsaetter-ira-under-donald-trump\"><strong>Forts\u00e6tter IRA under Donald Trump?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>IRA var som n\u00e6vnt Joe Bidens opfindelse. Det er ikke givet, at Donald Trump vil videref\u00f8re hans ideer. Donald Trump har talt varmt for at fors\u00f8ge at nedbringe sundhedsudgifterne ved at udman\u00f8vrere \u201dforsikringsled\u201d mellem medicinalvirksomheder og patienterne. Om det lykkes er uvist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"er-investorerne-for-nervose\"><strong>Er investorerne for nerv\u00f8se?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kombinationen af uvisheden om IRA forts\u00e6tter, mellemmandens rolle samt at IRA kun g\u00e6lder ca. 20% af udgifterne (2023 tal) g\u00f8r, at det virker som om investorerne kan v\u00e6re lidt oversensitive, n\u00e5r der kommer forslag. Det er m\u00e5ske alt i alt forst\u00e5eligt i en situation, hvor vi formentlig aldrig tidligere har haft politiske st\u00f8rrelser, som kan bev\u00e6ge markedsv\u00e6rdier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"skuffelsen-over-cagrisema-sidder-dybt\"><strong>Skuffelsen over CagriSema sidder dybt<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Der er n\u00e6ppe tvivl om, at decembers skuffende CagriSema-data stadig nager investorerne og aktiekursen. Deres fornemmelse for, at Novo Nordisk kan bevare overh\u00e5nden i forhold til Eli Lilly, men ogs\u00e5 senere andre konkurrenter, bliver gevaldigt kursm\u00e6ssigt tryktestet i de her uger og m\u00e5neder. Skuffelsen over at CagriSema ikke n\u00e5ede de \u201dmagiske 25%+\u201d er stor. Ogs\u00e5 selv om 22,7% stadig er det indtil videre bedste med forbehold for statistisk usikkerhed, og det faktum, at investorerne ikke ved om designet af studiet med frivillighed gjorde patienter, Novo Nordisk og investorerne en bj\u00f8rnetjeneste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"donald-trump-er-den-usynlige-ubekendte\"><strong>Donald Trump er den usynlige ubekendte<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Udover forskningsdata og IRA + Medicare er Donald Trump formentlig ogs\u00e5 den store ubekendte i rummet. Han har vist sig at v\u00e6re ekstremt uberegnelig, uforudsigelig og som i krig er han at betragte som <strong>friendly fire<\/strong>, hvor du bliver ramt fra en side, hvor du normalt havde regnet med at en (st\u00e6rk) allieret befandt sig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der er overv\u00e6gt af usikkerheder, og de bliver helt naturligt vekslet til kursfald p\u00e5 aktiemarkedet. Gode data bliver vurderet som \u201dok, men ikke prangende\u201d. Der skal aktuelt noget helt ekstraordin\u00e6rt til at drive aktienkursen opad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"er-novo-nordisk-den-danske-prygelknabe\"><strong>Er Novo Nordisk den danske prygelknabe<\/strong><strong>?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I dag er Donald Trumps inds\u00e6ttelse, og Novo Nordisk-investorerne holder naturlig nok vejret. Novo Nordisks salg i USA er en betydelig del af den danske eksport, som aldrig forlader landet, fordi de producerer den i USA. Alligevel er det ikke umuligt, at sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5let om Gr\u00f8nland p\u00e5 en eller anden m\u00e5de kan blive brugt til at presse Danmark urimeligt.
