N\u00e5r b\u00f8lgerne g\u00e5r h\u00f8jt p\u00e5 aktiemarkederne, s\u00f8ger mange private investorer typisk mod mere trygge havne. Her har guld endnu en gang bekr\u00e6ftet sin status som en solid klippe. Guldprisen har nu passeret den historiske gr\u00e6nse p\u00e5 4.000 dollar per ounce. Tilbage i april passerede den 3.000 dollar per ounce. Det er alts\u00e5 en ny rekord – igen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guld har v\u00e6ret v\u00e6rdsat og brugt som valuta i tusindvis af \u00e5r. Det bruges i dag b\u00e5de i smykker, teknologi og som en finansiel tryg havn. Som \u00e6delmetal kendetegnes det ved sin sj\u00e6ldenhed, holdbarhed og evne til at bevare sin v\u00e6rdi i usikre tider. Netop den sidste egenskab er en af hoved\u00e5rsagerne til, at guldprisen i indev\u00e6rende \u00e5r er steget over 53 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Handelskrig, renteudvikling og en sv\u00e6kket dollar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Mange investorer s\u00f8ger mod guld, da det ofte fungerer som en beskyttelse mod inflation. N\u00e5r valutaen sv\u00e6kkes og k\u00f8bekraften falder, har guld historisk set bevaret sin v\u00e6rdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Man kan benytte guld til at skabe en mere robust portef\u00f8lje. Det skyldes, at guld har en lav korrelation med aktier<\/a> og obligationer. Det betyder alts\u00e5, at en investering<\/a> i guld kan give bedre risikospredning, is\u00e6r i urolige tider. Samtidig har en sv\u00e6kket amerikansk dollar og lavere renter gjort guld endnu mere attraktivt for investorer. Den begr\u00e6nsede adgang til guld er en anden faktor, som kan drive priserne op over tid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Er dollarens rolle under forandring?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Traditionelt er b\u00e5de dollaren og amerikanske statsobligationer blevet set p\u00e5 som trygge havne i urolige tider, men det billede er ved at \u00e6ndre sig. \u00d8gede toldbarrierer og en mere protektionistisk handelspolitik fra USA bliver nu fremh\u00e6vet som negative faktorer. Det har f\u00e5et flere investorer til at vende blikket v\u00e6k fra den amerikanske dollar og obligationer – og i stedet s\u00f8ge tryghed i guld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u00e6rligt i indev\u00e6rende \u00e5r skiller udviklingen i guldpriserne sig ud. Da vi tilbage i april f\u00f8rst udgave artikel, havde det amerikanske S&P500-indeks givet et afkast p\u00e5 -4,59 %, mens det globale Dow Jones World Index havde leveret et afkast p\u00e5 -1,78 %. Guldinvestorer havde i april kunne opn\u00e5 et afkast p\u00e5 over 19 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nu st\u00e5r vi i en situation her i starten af oktober, hvor S&P500 har givet et afkast p\u00e5 14,3%, Dow Jones World Index har givet 17,6%, mens guld har laveret 53,6%! Dermed har guldet passeret endnu en historisk milep\u00e6l med prisen p\u00e5 4.000 dollar per ounce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hvordan eksponerer man sig mod guld?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Der er flere forskellige m\u00e5der at investere i guld p\u00e5. Det er vigtigt, at du vurderer, hvilken investeringsform der passer dig bedst. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Man kan k\u00f8be fysisk guld i form af guldbarrer eller -m\u00f8nter, investere i certifikater eller endelig v\u00e6lge investeringsfonde, som bl.a. f\u00f8lger guldprisen. Du kan ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6lge at k\u00f8be aktier i guldmineselskaber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fysisk guld kr\u00e6ver sikker opbevaring, og det v\u00e6re b\u00e5de dyrt og besv\u00e6rligt. Investering i guld gennem ETF<\/a>’er og aktier er derimod langt mere simpelt at k\u00f8be og s\u00e6lge, og det kan derfor passe mange investorer godt. Ulempen kan v\u00e6re, at du ikke selv ejer guldet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Investerer du i guld, er det ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6rd at v\u00e6re opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5, at gevinsten p\u00e5 dine investeringer udelukkende kommer som f\u00f8lge af prisstigninger. Guld priss\u00e6ttes i amerikanske dollars. Det betyder, at valutakurs\u00e6ndringer ogs\u00e5 kan p\u00e5virke dit afkast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
