P\u00e5 fredag f\u00e5r \u00d8rsted efter alt at d\u00f8mme investorernes opbakning til at udstede nye aktier<\/a> for 60 mia. DKK. Her er 10 faktorer, som investorerne vil holde \u00f8je med:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Hvor lav bliver tegningskursen, som nye aktier skal udstedes til<\/strong>?
    Jo lavere tegningskurs, jo h\u00f8jere egenkapitalomkostninger, og jo flere v\u00e6rdier vil blive \u201coverf\u00f8rt\u201d fra de nuv\u00e6rende til de nye ejere (aktion\u00e6rer).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Tegner alle de store aktion\u00e6rer deres andel?<\/strong>
    <\/strong> <\/strong>Her t\u00e6nker jeg f\u00f8rst og fremmest p\u00e5 staten, norske     Equinor<\/a> og danske Andel. De 2 f\u00f8rste har tilkendegivet, at de deltager fuldt ud. Danske Andel har 5,1 % af aktier. N\u00e5r det er er vigtigt, at alle tegner deres del, skyldes det, at det kan have en betydning for hvor emissionskonsortiet s\u00e6tter tegningskursen, og hvor mange tegningsretter, som kr\u00e6ver en ny ejer. Hvis Andel skal tegne p\u00e5 sine egne, er det en investering<\/a> p\u00e5 mere end 3 mia. Det er rigtig meget, og de penge skal formentlig l\u00e5nefinansieres; i det mindste i en overgangsperiode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Er nytegning for investorerne et valg mellem \u201cpest eller kolera\u201d?
    <\/strong>Hvis man tegner, sender investorerne flere penge efter \u201cd\u00e5rlige\u201d i den forstand, at alle investorer har tabt penge p\u00e5 deres investering. Hvis man ikke g\u00f8r det, bliver man s\u00e5 udvandet, at det fremadrettet kan v\u00e6re \u201clidt ligegyldigt\u201d eller mindre vigtigt, hvad der sker med aktien, fordi ens investering er blevet udvandet og fylder lidt\/intet?<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Hvor meget kan aktiepengene lette det \u00f8konomiske pres p\u00e5 \u00d8rsted?
    <\/strong>\u00d8rsteds \u00f8konomi er presset, men n\u00e5r de har aktiepengene i kassen som egenkapital, letter det pres. Tiden med nye nedskrivninger skal dog v\u00e6re helt endegyldigt forbi. \u00d8rsted f\u00e5r ikke flere chancer for at bevise sit \u00f8konomisk v\u00e6rd. I modsat fald vil \u00d8rsted blive nationaliseret, hvis politikerne synes det er v\u00e6rd at beskytte af hensyn til \u201cnationale interesser\u201d, og\/eller solgt til en ekstern investor til en meget lav pris. Er alle skeletterne ude af skabene?<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Kan Donald Trump g\u00f8re livet endnu mere surt for \u00d8rsteds \u00f8konomi?<\/strong>
    <\/strong>Donald Trump er langt fra fan af vindm\u00f8ller, som vi kunne se, da den amerikanske regering satte en k\u00e6p i hjulet p\u00e5 Revolution Wind-projektet ud for kysten af Rhode Island. Det er et k\u00e6mpe problem for \u00d8rsted, hvor problemerne er koncentreret\u00a0 i USA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Er USA lukket land for \u00d8rsted b\u00e5de politisk og finansielt?
    <\/strong>Konkurrencen om at drive den gr\u00f8nne omstilling bliver intensiveret. Andre akt\u00f8rer st\u00e5r samme sted og skal l\u00f8se de samme udfordringer, hvilket ogs\u00e5 \u00f8ger presset p\u00e5 andre selskaber i branchen. Det vil vise sig p\u00e5, om der bliver et marked for de gr\u00f8nne projekter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Kan \u00d8rsted tappe ind i det europ\u00e6iske marked?<\/strong>
    <\/strong>Europa taler meget, men g\u00f8r meget lidt. Ting tager alt for lang tid. Bliver det en h\u00e6msko for \u00d8rsted. Europa bliver ikke kun vigtig, men meget vigtig.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Har \u00d8rsted indregnet de n\u00f8dvendige risici?<\/strong>
    <\/strong>En af \u00d8rsteds v\u00e6sentligste udfordringer har v\u00e6ret manglende rettidig omhu med risikostyringen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Har nedturen og kapitalknapheden f\u00e5et \u00d8rsted til at gent\u00e6nke sine projekter?
    <\/strong>En anden af \u00d8rsteds historiske udfordringer har v\u00e6ret, at de omkostningsm\u00e6ssigt har k\u00f8rt projekter ind med en frontl\u00e6sser. De har brugt mange penge i den tidlige projekteringsfase. Det g\u00f8r dem s\u00e5rbare, hvis projektet m\u00f8der politisk modstand, bliver forsinket, eller der kommer andre uforudsete forhold.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Er selskabet i gang med at reducere sine omkostninger?<\/strong>
    <\/strong>Et mindre \u00d8rsted betyder ogs\u00e5 f\u00e6rre omkostninger, f\u00e6rre medarbejdere og et lavere omkostningsforbrug. T\u00e6ring efter n\u00e6ring. Er den proces tilstr\u00e6kkeligt i gang?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
