Men du kan handle aktien hos Nordnet, s\u00e5 snart handlen \u00e5bner.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klarnas notering p\u00e5 b\u00f8rsen i New York har v\u00e6ret l\u00e6nge undervejs, men nu ser det endelig ud til at ske. If\u00f8lge flere medier noteres aktien den 10. september &#8211; selv har Klarna ikke bekr\u00e6ftet nogen endelig dato for f\u00f8rste handelsdag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investorernes appetit p\u00e5 is\u00e6r tech-selskaber er den seneste tid vendt tilbage sammenlignet med i for\u00e5ret \u2013 og derfor ser Klarna nu det rigtige tidspunkt for sin b\u00f8rsnotering, der alts\u00e5 indtil nu har v\u00e6ret sat p\u00e5 pause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klarna er til stede i 26 lande og havde ved halv\u00e5rsskiftet 111 millioner aktive brugere \u2013 s\u00e5 det er en gigant, der g\u00e5r p\u00e5 b\u00f8rsen. Ikke overraskende f\u00e5r b\u00f8rsnoteringen ogs\u00e5 meget opm\u00e6rksomhed i USA og norden. Danske Anders Holch Povlsen ejer i dag over 10 procent af Klarna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"hvem-er-klarna\"><strong>Hvem er Klarna?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hovedparten af Klarnas oms\u00e6tning kommer fra webshops og butikker, hvor Klarna, if\u00f8lge Dagens Industri, i gennemsnit tager 2,7 procent i provision pr. betaling. Resten af indt\u00e6gterne stammer fra forbrugerne selv. USA st\u00e5r for 34 procent af Klarnas oms\u00e6tning og er dermed selskabets st\u00f8rste marked. Men if\u00f8lge Klarna har kun 10 procent af alle voksne amerikanere brugt tjenesten \u2013 s\u00e5 der menes at v\u00e6re et stort v\u00e6kstpotentiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noteringen i New York er en del af strategien. En b\u00f8rsnotering giver omtale og kan fungere som markedsf\u00f8ring p\u00e5 et v\u00e6kstmarked. At v\u00e6re b\u00f8rsnoteret kan ogs\u00e5 ses som en form for kvalitetsstempel. Samtidig henter man kapital ind, som skal finansiere v\u00e6ksten \u2013 og det er is\u00e6r ekspansionen i USA, der har presset omkostningerne op.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Netop de h\u00f8je omkostninger og den lave indtjening har v\u00e6ret i fokus i forhold til fasts\u00e6ttelsen af aktiekursen: 35-37 dollars. Det svarer til en v\u00e6rdians\u00e6ttelse af hele Klarna p\u00e5 84-90 milliarder danske kroner \u2013 lidt h\u00f8jere end ventet. Til sammenligning blev Klarna i 2021 vurderet til 225 milliarder, da tech-aktierne var p\u00e5 sit h\u00f8jeste. \u00c5ret efter styrtdykkede v\u00e6rdien dog til 48 milliarder. Konkurrenten Affirm har i dag en markedsv\u00e6rdi p\u00e5 omkring 184 milliarder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I forbindelse med b\u00f8rsnoteringen udsteder Klarna 5,5 millioner nye aktier. Men det er alts\u00e5 ikke muligt for danske (eller \u00f8vrige europ\u00e6iske) investorer at tegne disse. IPO\u2019en er rettet mod det amerikanske marked, og i det 400 sider lange prospekt st\u00e5r det, at juridiske barrierer forhindrer et tilbud til europ\u00e6iske privatinvestorer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det betyder, at danske investorer m\u00e5 vente med at k\u00f8be aktien, indtil handelen g\u00e5r i gang i New York onsdag.
