The fund seeks to track the performance of the Index. The Index is an equity index that measures the performance of eligible equity securities from the S&P World Industrials Index (the “Parent Index”). The Parent Index is designed to measure the performance of large and mid-cap industrials companies in Developed Markets (as defined by S&P) which make up approximately 85% of the total available capital. Industrials companies are identified by reference to the GICS. The industrial sector includes manufacturers and distributors of capital goods such as aerospace and defense, building products, electrical equipment and machinery and companies that offer construction and engineering services.
