The aim is for your investment to reflect the performance of the ShortDAX® x2 Index (the "Reference Index") which provides two times the opposite performance of the DAX® Index on a daily basis plus a rate of interest and minus borrowing costs. This means the level of the Reference Index should rise at double the rate the DAX® Index falls and fall at double the rate the DAX® Index rises. The interest rate added to the Reference Index level is based on three times the wholesale Euro unsecured overnight borrowing costs of banks located in the Euro area (as published by the European Central Bank).
