This sub-fund promotes environmental and social characteristics and reports as product in accordance with article 8(1) of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 on sustainability related disclosures in the financial services sector (“SFDR”). While the sub-fund does not have as its objective a sustainable investment, it will invest a minimum proportion of its assets in sustainable investments as defined by article 2 (17) SFDR. The objective of the investment policy of the fund is to generate an above average return for the sub-fund. The sub-fund is actively managed and is not managed in reference to a benchmark. The sub-fund invests primarily in the equities of listed companies that own, develop or manage real estate, provided that these equities are considered to be transferable securities as defined by Article 41 (1) of the Law of 2010, on Undertakings for Collective Investment.
