The fund seeks to track the performance of the Index. The Index is an equity index that measures the performance of eligible equity securities from the S&P World Energy Index (the “Parent Index”). The Parent Index is designed to measure the performance of large and mid-cap energy companies in Developed Markets (as defined by S&P) which make up approximately 85% of the total available capital. Energy companies are identified by reference to the GICS. The energy sector comprises companies engaged in exploration and production, refining and marketing, and storage and transportation of oil and gas, and coal and consumable fuels.
