11. apr.11. apr.Hilbert will host an investor call for fund and equity investors in Hilbert (See details). As per the agenda below you see Coinbase is going to present. Coinbase announced the SMA platform in Autumn, but has been delayed due to technical issues on Coinbase side. Coinbase / Hilbert partnership was announced Q4 2023. Hilbert is first approved, first activated, first distributed quant alpha firm on CoinbaseSMA platform (14,000 institutional clients). Coinbase have employed 35 on sales to push the SMA offering and its funds. Hilbert is one of 6 actively managed funds on the platform. Needless to say, despite the delay this seems to finally come through otherwise its puzzling that its Head of Distribution wants to present. Hilbert has been a dead stock without any newsflow the last two months. But, with expected announcements from Coinbase and 3iQ and multiple other opportunities in the works. It’s a pretty decent possibility that we will see strong newsflow ahead. Hilbert Capital (asset management): A highly scalable and asset light business model. Which means that you can generate significant shareholder value once you reach critical scale. AUM growth has been slow. But, they are selected by global top-three cryptocurrency bank for first ever investment in a crypto hedge fund. Not least having captured the front page of one of the most influential publications for asset allocators (Hedge Fund Alert) . Hilbert have built brick by brick since 2017 and is recognized for their extreme focus on risk management (Head if risk former head of risk in Europe for Citadel), transparency, systems and not least strong performance. Hilbert has not reached 150m USD in AUM yet but growth creates growth and they aim towards 300m USD by end of 2024. Hilbert have a monumental pipeline and targets 1bn USD in AUM by 2025. Simple math on a 2/20 model assuming 20% performance depicts the earnings impact from 6m to 60m USD in annual net profit. If you add 10x PE gives you 5-20x return on the stock as we are only at a USD 20m market cap. Performance 2023: Hilbert V100 Fund: +92.7%. • Hilbert V30 Fund: +29.9% • Hilbert V1 Fund: +8.7% www.Coin360.com: 60% ownership. They have 2m monthly users. This is biz is self-funded and cash flow positive. They have some grand plans for this business. They have said they will return to market at a later stage with more info as they are overhauling the offering. It's interesting to see how "cold" this stock can be at times, almost no shares traded and significant spread. But, when there is positive momentum, then around 5-600k shares are traded intra day. You should capitalize on this opportunity and BUY. Hilbert Group raised SEK 20m SEK last week at 4 SEK per share. If they execute on their plan to reach 300m USD in AUM by end 2024. Shall imply 10m USD in net profit is they deliver average 20% return. Implies 2x PE at current market cap. Hilbert grew assets under management (AUM) in 2023 5x while peers lost AUM. Institutions onboarded and in pipeline is now 30 institutions up 10x since start of the year. This is a significant leading indicator of future AUM growth. Needless to say, the accomplished team is on track to really capitalize on the growth in the digital asset class. Performance has been incredible thus far in 2024 and comes on the back of incredible performance in 2023 (up V1: 9%, V30: 30% and V100: 92%). In 2024 (2023) Hilbert V1 (long/short): +6,25% (9% in 2023) Hilbert V30 (long /short): +12,7% (30% in 2023) Hilbert V100 (directional): +54% (92% in 2023) *These are all audited performance by fund administrator, MG Stover Performance is directly correlated to future AUM. Hilbert's first institutional client mandate won in November 2022 and 13 additional institutional investors won since then (with a further 20 at final stage of due diligence). Two big triggers are ahead of us: Coinbase and 3IQ should come in not too distant future. - Hilbert is first approved, first activated, first distributed quant alpha firm on CoinbaseSMA platform (14,000 institutional clients) - First two investments in Hilbert Strategies via Coinbase 1st February 2024. 3iQ ($1bn asset management group) selects Hilbert as largest investment. -3iQ has received seed capital from its new parent (Monex, which own Tokyo Exchange) and deploying into Hilbert strategies in next 4 weeks. Other potential significant triggers as they have short-listed 7 partnership targets which offer Hilbert complementary trading strategies (i.e. increasing profitability and scalability) and additional fee-paying assets to manage. Lets see what plays out. But, the market backdrop could hardly be better. The team has raised more than 20bn USD in combined AUM and fund performance is nothing short of being impressive. Hilbert Capital is 18 months into executing its 5-year plan to develop the firm into a multi-billion asset management platform, replicating the success its senior team achieved several times over a combined 70-year period in the asset management industry. The team evaluates Hilbert's scalable and repeatable quant trading strategy and the ripeness of the digital asset class as a similarly attractive opportunity to the multi-billion-dollar businesses they developed in quant commodity markets in the 1980/1990s and macro trading in the 2000s.
